- Clubs
please note :
(1) Owing to the prevailing conditions
on the day the Referee may change the order of
events.
(2) All U/17and U19 Team Events will be
conducted as a combined event (i.e) Beach Relay,
Surf Teams, Board and Ski events
(3) The 2009/10 Branch Masters
Championships will be conducted in conjunction with
the Branch Senior Inter Club championships. There
will be no team events conducted in the Masters
Division, however should a club wish to enter a
Masters Team in the Club Championships they are
quite welcome to do so. All Masters Events require
at least three (3) starters for the event to go
ahead.
(4) Board riding Championships commence
at 6am report at the Lennox Head Clubhouse. Venue
will be determined on the morning of the
Championships.
(5) As these Championships are a
combined event ,officials are asked to report on
time at 8am for an 8.30 start. A briefing of
Officials at 8am at the Lennox Head
Clubhouse.. Officials are reminded to sign the
attendance book.
(6) All carnival entry forms are to be
handed to the Carnival recorders no later than 8am.
Also clubs should be aware of the competitor to
official ratio is 15to1.
(7) It is expected that all competition
officials are conversant with the Competition Rules,
and any amendments to the rules as contained in the
33rd. edition of the Competition Handbook.
(8) First Aid. Maryanne Sewell will fill
this position for the Branch Championships. An
assistant supplied by Lennox Head Club will also be
required.
(9) Trainee Officials are most welcome
and encouraged to attend the Championships.
(10)Should any official who is available but did not
receive an appointment please report to John Watson
on
a rrival at the Championships.
(11)Carnival officials Appointments will be
forwarded to all officials one week prior to the
Championships.

(14) It should be noted also by Masters Competitors
that the age groups are in ten (10) year groupings.
(15) Random inspections of Competition
Equipment may be carried out during the
Championships.
(16) Last chance to have boards ski’s etc
scrutineered before State Championships.
